on-my-own-journey:

Health is not a weight.

Health is not a mile time.

Health is not a body fat percentage.

Health is not how much you can lift.

Health is not how fast you can swim.

Health is not how many vegetables you eat.

Health cannot be measured.

What makes one person healthy can be totally different from what makes YOU healthy.

Sometimes I get pretty off track with my nutrition for a week or two weeks or hell, even a month and I kind of just roll with it because I always get back on track and I think it’s better for my mental health to embrace it as opposed to shaming myself for it.

Oh my god thank you😍

dear body,
im sorry ive been so mean to you all this time. im sorry for all those times i stood infront of the mirror and said hurtful things about you. im sorry i never thought you were good enough. you deserve better. thanks for giving me lungs to breathe and legs to walk. this is my promise to you to be nicer in the future. this is my promise to stand confidently and show you off because you’re beautiful at a size 2 or a size 10
